To use SheetsJSON, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints
• Resell access to the service without permission

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

Each plan has specific rate limits and usage quotas. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or suspension of service. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

You retain all rights to your data. SheetsJSON and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

SheetsJSON is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
